Honestly, no idea. The game is/was in development and they didn't released any additional info.

Last month Ubisoft registered 2 new domains: http://mightandmagicfates.com and http://might-and-magic-fates.com.

The poster goes on to speculate it is the same game as the one discussed here - found by Ubi Shanghai job posting. This is still unconfirmed at the moment.
