Converting towns can be a costly affair, destroying valuable structures in the process. In such cases, one has to weigh the value of having said structures pre-built against the value of having only one town type.

After all, taking a pre-built town can save valuable time in a race against your enemy. However, a mixed army is just so ... wrong.
