Koni wrote:"ersatzcoffee" is a non-coffea product, usually without caffeine, used to substitute coffee while preserving its taste - a loan word such as "kindergarten". :D
It's not in any dictionary I've ever seen, and it's still a derivative of ersatz.

Try The Free Dictionary It's a fairly good one, and Winterfate accepted those words indeed, so I'll accept them also.

@Muszka: Hmm...I guess no one wants to post that word:

ersatz

:)

(Then again, it's also Sunday. Perhaps that's the reason for the lack of posting? :))

Yeah, me too. But boxer short(s) is two words and that's not allowed!

I am astounded & dismayed by the flagrant disregard for the rules of this game. If no one follows the rules, then this game is truly DEAD! :rip:

I was thinking of boxershorts, too, in my post, but Corribus or anyone else didn't want to notice it.
A look into the free dictionary shows "boxershorts" as one word. Is it against the rules then?
And regarding "ersatz" - will "ersatzcoffee, ersatzsilk, ersatzwhiskey..." be allowed or not in future?

Boxers is short for boxershorts, so it's against the rules.

Hey. What is that disobeyance of which you speak? as Koni linked, the free dictionary says that boxershorts is one word and it's allowed. I don't know of any other act against rules. Feel free to PM me or post here, regarding any problem.
Gaildal Cain wrote:Boxers is short for boxershorts, so it's against the rules.
'Boxers' is the plural for the fighters of the boxing style, so it can be allowed. As far as I know DL didn't allowed this, but Winterfate did, and I taken the game from the letter, so I will follow his rules.

I think, Muszka's kindly willingness to host this game deserves some more participation in his first round. ;)
