I like fish (some types)... it is also said to enhance your memory.

Wasn't having fish for ages. I should remedy that! :D

So, what more is good for my nature?

Well, I didn't like fish when I was a kid, because my parents always made the "traditional" boiled cod or whatnot, but I've come to realize that with a delicious sauce and pleasant company, even a fish can kick ass. :D

On a restaurant in Italy, I had swordfish. And once at the local restaurant at home, we had this sort of fish-pot with lots of stuff in it... man, I've never eaten that much fish in my life; I just couldn't stop. They had to physically pry the plate out of my hands. :D

Fried fish can be very good, you should try sometime, if not think that it helps your memory like someone else said... first time you will not like it most probably (we all do that with "new" food), but you'll get used to it.

don't overdo it obviously. start slowly ;)

I like fish as in Sushi.

As for Salmon. In the oven + Teriyaki sauce = kick@$$ salmon. Mmmmmm :hoo:

The best place, I think, to start out eating fish, is at a proper restaurant with a chef who really know ho to make it taste good.

You could also BBQ Salmon or any fish to start off with. All BBQ fish is good IMO. I have an old time family recipe I use for the BBQ sauce.
And, I too, love smoked fish. It goes well with homemade potato chips and a cold beer or 2 or 3 or.... 8|

I know how to do "Nantess' Pike". That sort of boiled pike in butter sauce. Sort of delicates. :D

Yep, I believe it's time to get fish back on my food menu. Normally here were times, when I had fish at least weekly - mostly in friday, don't know why.

Good prepared fish is delicious, sure. And every fish which I do prepare is delicious, that just cut it. :devious:

If you had fish every Friday, you were probably raised by Catholics. One of their "things" towards religion. But to not get off the beaten path, Halibut is my favorite fish. I like it better than Lobster. Then comes Copper River Salmon, Cod, Steelhead then any kind of Trout. Especially Rainbows. And I like fried Red potatoes with them or Baked potato.

Me and two of my girlfriends are going sailing tomorrow on the stream/river here. It's gonna be great. But to make it extra nice I just made a chocolate cake :yummy: They're gonna love me :D
I have fresh fruit too. Many hours in a canoe can be frustrating without cake and fruit :)

Ah, a carrot cake with chocolate cover and some mint is extra love for you. :-D

Today I had a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery tasty lunch! I was so wanting to eat parmeggiana filet with watermellon that I could barely hold myself in line to help myself with it. :yummy:

The latest thing in this fishy country is hotdogs, that taste and look the same as normal hotdogs, but are made of fish. I'm gonna try them now.
