I found which fan has the problem. It is the top back fan and it is not touching any wire. I think it is problem of the fan itself. When I touch the center of it, I feel a vibration when the sound it makes occurs and there is no vibration when it is not making the noise. I think it is probably the bearing of the fan that something is wrong. I can buy a new fan, but I've never installed one myself. If I paid the store to do it, it would be very expensive for probably a simple job.

Actually it can be mounting pads, especially if they are not rubber ones. Or some dust on the wings.

Try to clean it and check, if it's vibrating due to the mounting.

Yea, you should try to do it yourself, as repairman would charge you a fortune. :D
