Beautiful spring weather here today; a bit chilly, but sunny. Think I'll go for a nice walk along the river.

Heavy rain the last couple of days has caused flooding in several towns in the east of Norway.

We had here the hottest winter in 54 years. Temperatures usually don't go too low in this city, coldest ever was around 3ºC, and it's normal ranging from 10-20. But we had almost all winter with + 24ºC and even above 30s. Then, yesterday, a cold air mass arrived, dropping temperatures from 32ºC to 15ºC. Everywhere I go, people are oozing. Rain came along.

I can only imagine how hot will be this summer.

People here get sick whenever temperatures grow colder too fast. I suspect it's psychological. I'm always ever fine when that happens.

I'm always fine when there is not too hot. Like 12-28°C is optimal. Above theseI'm overheating, although with time I can adapt, slowly.

We had the coldest day of the year this past weekend, after that heat wave. Now, the heat is getting back, around 25ºC today, sunny, refreshing breeze, very nice day overall, not a typical Winter day still. ^^

We Norwegians are gonna be so super-rich in the next century, after the oil is gone; we'll just start gathering up all those millions of litres of water and sell it for oil-level prices.

Remember when I said it was sunny? It reached 32ºC after a couple of hours. After another couple of hours, the weather started to change, fast. Dropped to 20ºC and a heavy rain started pounding, a storm then started on all three southern states. That same rain is still falling heavy today. Flooding expected at some places.

34ºC here in Greece. Fortunately, it gets colder in the evening. We're currently in Athens, leaving for Sparta tomorrow.

Another school tour? Damn, I wished my school was like that. ^^ The far we went was to the neighboring town, to have a barbecue full of flesh eating-mosquitoes.

Only 32C? After a mild Spring, Summer is still in full force here in Texas with a 36C - 39C temp most days

32 in Winter is not normal here. ^^ It doesn't get cold either, below 10 is occasionally, but this year there was almost no Winter to speak of.

I'm in Sparta and it's sooo hot ... at least 40 degrees. Shops are closing for a few hours now - siesta time. It's simply too hot to go outside very much. I'm in my hotel room, relaxing with air conditioning.

And how are prices there with all this crisis thing etc.?

Prices are good, but people and companies have almost no trust left in the banking system, so a lot of shops (even big chains) have stopped accepting cards. Cash only. But it varies.

We got some rain today. Woo!

A very somber preview for the next years related to this El Niño. Some of the Southern cities are starting to come up with some infrastructure planning to diminish possible and eventual disasters. They said that the next months will be quite dangerous when it comes to flooding.

And probability of flooding already on this week end. It's expected raining in 2 days all expected for the whole month.

Summer is over. Time of raining, blend of cold and sun, in other words generally fine autumn is here. Around 12°C here, in the navel of Europe.

Raining here a lot since start of this Spring. A bit upside down. Winter had 30ºC higher temperatures in most of the days, which was completely alien. And now it's coming a Lightning Storm.
