I just made two large wolffish fillets from the one we caught while diving today. Great food, that. Gave one to the landlords and kept one meself; put it in the freezer. I'll make a really nice meal of it next week. :yummy:

By the way I thought that it's something special... we have normal chili too, we even have a pasta named Erõs Pista (Strong Steve), I'll bet you'd like it.

I find myself (though it's not common for people who've just moved away from home) making a lot of proper food these days. Strangely it's mostly desert-related food but still. Several days now I've been baking each morning. Birthday buns for breakfast. I've made ice cream, strawberry deserts, those chocolate balls I make and so on.
It's kinda nice :) Maybe it's cause my brand new HTH-kitchen is fabulous :-D
