I had a green chicken curry last night, some more for lunch - delicious!

I prefer smoked trout to smoked salmon, but the latter is generally much easier to find around here.

I see Kalah as a gentle spirit of the northern woods, with ladybirds and butterflies fluttering about him and deer following in his train, so I think the cake would be much to his liking. :D
