Well... I have to second the recommendations to "Not Push Yourself" on exercising. *OUCH!* I wanted to see just how much weight I could still move at the gym on Monday. *OUCH!* I over did it! *OUCH! Spent all day yesterday barely able to move. *OUCH!* But knew better than to sit down and do nothing...*OUCH!* That only extends the time of the pain. *OUCH!* Now, I'm off for the gym again to see if I can work out some of this soreness.

When I started playing Squash I overdid it everytime and I got really dizzy and after 15 minutes I just couldn't play anymore. It was horrible.
But as Stefan says, exercising really makes you feel better in general. More energy comes with exercising. I used to love that :)

Still a little push is a must. When you play sports, you want to test your limits. I learned karate, so I had some experience in 'pushing'. We had to spar for 10 matches straight. This is to train our stamina, so some time in the future we don't get KO'ed in 1 minute. However once, you feel dizzy, stop. :stop:

And DRINK MORE WATER!!! Most dizziness is caused by dehydration. It causes nausea also.

No. I never drink water after training, ior during training. From my experience, water is the cause of both nausea and dizziness. You can't be jumping around with a full stomach.

Only drink water after you've rest.

LOL! No, don't try to down a liter and then start jumping around. But little bits at a time. Before, during rest breaks, and after. You should have about 3 liters per day - stretched out, not all at once.

Good point about the water.

I find that the days I hadn't had anything to eat before going to play I felt really nauseous but on the other hand, had I actually had something to eat I'd be slow and tired and I lost my concentration. I guess it's because the blood runs from the head down to the stomach to digest or something...

I've been doing weight / resistance training, which is different from the running & jumping around type of aerobic exercise. It's rather slow and methodical (Better for Old joints!) I have to get some protien in my belly before I go, so I have a glass of Whey Protien & 1 1/2 cups of milk before leaving. Not enough to really have a belly full, but enough to keep the energy levels up.

Today, I feel like going on the top of tenth floor and make my way down to the ground floor by jumping.

I guess it's easy to add up but rather than getting angry maybe you should try to see what you can do about it. Some cannot be helped but at least see what you can influence..
