No problem, losing weight is a good thing. Good job! :)

Muscles on a woman are not that sexy, so don't worry.

Today I had a depressing dream. I was over 40 and leaving in my old house, where I grew up. But we were living with other relatives that was too crowded and annoying but there were also two gangsters around to whom we owed. They were a bit fat and friendly but not the people to mess around with(plus them having the right to ask for favours unconditionally) and I felt imprisoned with no hope for the future to get out of this. Perhaps if I was younger.. :S

That was weird.
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

You saw your future.

Now, you know what to do... Just make sure you point the gun at the right direction, or you might end up with some damn painful but non-lethal injures.

Normally, this would make me happy - but I'm afraid it was all my hard earned muscle mass that went *poof* when I couldn't make it to the gym. Yes, I ran my butt off all season and barely had time to eat - but when I did eat, it was mostly junk food & candy. (Comfort Food!)

Today, I got back in the gym - as per everyone's advise - I'm starting slowly to see just how much I can still do before trying to jump back into my full routine. I'm PISSED that I've lost ground on so many points. That's what makes me afraid the full 10 pounds were what few muscles I had built up - not the fat I would rather have lost.
don't stress it Letty, it's unlikely that you'll lose a lot of muscle especially if it's leaner muscle (the stuff you build up with lots of repetitions over maximum weight) in such a short time, much more likely to have been fat, however no matter what you lost you will be a little off you game even after a short while away from the gym, stress it not even a little

My overall impression is that you don't engage in enough activity ;) Not that I'm one to talk...

You are correct. :)

Most of the time I stay in front of the computer. If I feel sleepy then I go to sleep. If I'm bored playing pc games or surfing the net, I watch movies or read books.

I haven't been engaged to some sports except for chess. I'm old, I don't want to break my bones.

Well if you actually wanted to, you could move about in safe ways. Take long walks etc, not necessarily start kickboxing :)
