Thanks, Kalah. Actually, just imagining myself cooking that made me bite the screen. Now I got a toothache do deal with.Kalah wrote:Castanha... nuts? Anyway.. here's the recipe. The unit "dl" is desiliter, meaning 1/10 liter. Do a google conversion if you use different units.
For about 16 muffins
2 eggs
2 dl sugar
--- stir this together, then add:
a little salt (just a few grains)
1,5 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1,5 dl flour (feel free to use a strainer/filter to make it finer)
--- stir it all together
100 g butter
50 g dark chocolate (the kind used for cooking)
--- melt this together, then cool it down before adding it to the rest
Put it into muffin moulds and place it in the over at about 160ºC for ca. 20 minutes. When you take it out, the muffins should have a bit of a crust. Place them in the fridge and let them cool down. Perfectly made they should be munchy and juicy, not dry, but not soggy like brownies either. Somewhere in the middle. Enjoy

My boss had a wager on with our fresh fish supplier; he bet that we could sell more than 300 kilos of fresh shrimp in a single weekend. After working Friday and Saturday, moving shrimp like nobody's business, I think my boss won the bet.
Managed to secure myself some of them incredibly delicious shrimp, though. Here be the result:
To be enjoyed with a pot of tea, of course...
