To get somebody back in you would have to send DL out with the key. Right now I think You, Sun, and DL are only ones in the painting.

Just don't forget only those IN the painting can go through (so DL, TT, William, Stefan, Omega) and since TT is ...um sleeping I guess, and William took a break, that leaves you and Stefan in the room. However, that does not preclude you exiting to where more help can be found (through the mirror).
