Ooops, I was in a hurry, and didn't control it before my post. But I don't think, that the round has to be finished. Rule 6 says:
6) A single word cannot be repeated twice in the same round and doesn't mention it's end. I have to get a penalty, but my penalties haven't reach - 5, I guess. So you should continue with Mushka's "ileac". Good night!

As a matter of fact, there's only been one penalty in the whole round, so the round ends when 4 more penalties are issued (or a word prematurely ends the round).
