Well without the Hydra what else could they have at lvl 7? Swamp Dragon > Swamp Gas Dragon?

And a Sea Serpent > Leviathan would fit in a swamp coz he's snakey. Teh Kraken wouldn't (but i prefer him as a neutral anyway). And a Swamp as a haven for pirates makes alot of sense.

@DL
So the pirates are seen as cheap cannon foder, and they take it coz the nagas allow them more freedom then all the other crazy relligious nuts (if only coz they think that humans are beneath the Water Dragon's attention)

Level 2: Serpent Riders - Basilisk Riders
Why does every 4 legged creature need a rider?!

Why does every 4 legged creature need a rider?!
It is the unwritten law of Heroes of Might and Magic .

Raju: I think your current idea for a Naga town is nice (especially if they make them the Swamp town). The only thing I would consider changing, IMO, is the Wyvern names (those colors already exist on dragons) :D.

Winterfate: Thank you (at least somebody likes my idea). Perhaps changing the wyvern names to as they were in H3 might do the trick?
Wyvern - Wyvern Monarch?
And a serpent need not have four legs; heck they may not need legs at all; a serpent could like a giant snake.

raju: I think so :D. Wyvern to Wyvern Monarch would be best.

Raju don't worry you can't please everybody :). Some won't like what you propose regardless. Either they have their own idea what should be, or they don't but don't think anybody can do it justice. So don't worry so much :). Ask yourself these questions.

What would I personally like to see, and how can I make it fun (for you or anybody who by some fluke of chance might get to use your idea).

What abilities goes well with those creatures. If it is an exsisting creature like wyvern then that is easier then one you yourself may have created.

What skills, perks, abilities might the heroes that control these creatures have. Do the creatures have a common reason for working together, if so ..why? (geography, common enemies, common beliefs, they have been enslaved? there are many reasons you can use).

Are most of them primal (is their nature based on aggression, instinct, ect) or higher reasoning? Are they more mundane or more magical (a goblin is mundane a roper is magical for some clarification).

Then ask yourself, do these or anything like them already exsist. If so, how can I make them stand out and be different (ie your riders have something that already exsist that is similar in dungeon, how do they stand out?). If they exsisted before but do not currently (ie medusas) you don't have to make them stand out. They can be included if you wish as currently they are not in the h5 world. Now these are all just suggestions, take them as you will or don't. Just saying that your line up is acceptable as is. Now if you wish, PM me and I can help you with hero skills or creature abilities.
Warning, may cause confusion, blindness, raising of eybrows, and insanity. Image

Raju: Exactly, if you like your faction, don't worry about it :D . I made up a faction myself not too long ago.

Come on guys, enough with the sea creatuers. It will be a swamp town, not sea town. You can't have fish and squids and lobsters fighting outside water. Imagine them fighting Academy on desert terrain. I'd just press wait button and let them dehydrate to death.
I do like the leviathan idea, but as long as they make it a flying serpent, like coatl.
