Tried disabling DSA. No change.

Updating BIOS is a big step, isn't it? Here's what msinfo says, though:
BIOS version/Date - American Megatrends Inc. P2.50, 08.07.2014
SMBIOS version: 2.7

Yes, and in fact, it's not much likely that it will help to resolve your situation. It's like one per cent chance - so it's certainly optional.

Are you sure that you tried more drives and cables?

Of course, the situation can be as it looks to be, that you are having just some sata ports damaged but otherwise the board is working normally.

Graphically speaking which ones are working, it's like that?

Well, right now the two ports on the right have the hard drives, and the CD-ROM drive is on one of the others.

- - HD
C - HD

It doesn't matter which port I connect the CD-drive to, but only the two ports on the right will run an HD.

Sure, assuming that CD-ROM is SATA2 and HDD are all SATA 3 also they may have higher energy consumption.

Anyway apart from trying flashing new bios I have not any solution for your board. If it is, like it is, then this is a best to start looking for a new board and stuff inside that stuff. Not sure if you still can get a recent board for you CPU/memory combo.

There's an "instant flash" option every time I boot the PC, I suppose I could try that ...

The instant flash option is also available from the BIOS. Usually you should download a recent bios version and save it to your hdd or usb. In case of USB put it inside, the go to the bios, hit flash, locate the file and confirm.

Then there will be check and afterward your PC update. You must not have power outage at this moment.

Then it may restart once or twice. First boot up to BIOS may take a longer time.

And the board may have likely an online update wizard from the bios, so you even wouldn't need to download it.

I'll try it one day soon, I guess. Thanks for the advice - I'm really busy with work nowadays so I'm not sure when I'll get it done. :)

Is there any easy way to reset local admin password on Windows laptop?

P.S Please ignore this question as I fixed it by following this tutorial.
