They did. And I have to say, the Patriots are just unreal. I've never seen a football team like it. (Although, I didn't appreciate them running up the score at the end of the game.)Omega_Destroyer wrote:Wow. The Skins got spanked.

Navy finally beat Notre Dame, good thing it is probably the last time in my life time that it is going to happen. I'm not really a Navy fan but 43 year losing streak finally ending is a good thing for a service academy to put behind them. Now they need to get ND off their schedule or they may break their own record.

Whew. That Colorado game was quite dramatic. But we won, so that's all that matters.
The Details if anyone wants something to read.
And the Bears won too. So at least we're not as bad as the Raiders.
Also, my high school has advanced to the semi-finals as the 16-seed. Bang.

The Redskins shouldn't scare you. If they couldn't punch it in the endzone with 7 tries inside the 5 yard line, at home, to the lowly Eagles, when a touchdown would have won them the game, then they shouldn't scare anybody. If the Redskins have shown anything this season, it's that they can't protect a lead to save their lives.dallasmavs41 wrote:Cowboys and Redskins this week, which I can't wait for. The Redskins kinda scare me, but our offense has looked nearly unstoppable.
Not that I'm bitter about the loss to the Eagles (yet another second half collapse) or anything...

Patriots look unstoppable this year. I've been a fan since they drafted Bledsoe(and I'm still hurting over them lettin' McGinest go...) but wow...I hope they blow out everyone on the way to the SuperBowl then kill the pathetic NFC team lucky enough to make it there.
I do have to give Dallas and GB props though...now THAT will be a game to watch. I hope they meet in the NFC championship(certainly lookin' that way). As for the Pats, man...I'm not sure who they're gonna see in the AFC championship...the Dolts look like they're goin' downhill in a hurry. Dare I say they meet...Pittsburgh in the AFC title game?

The Redskins will not be able to stop the Cowboy offense. The question is whether they can hold it down enough for the offense to match it. I don't know much about this year's Redskin team, but the surest way to score on the Cowboys is to throw to whoever Roy Williams is supposed to be covering. He is never in position and he bites on every fake. Did you see how Shockey ate him up last week?
I'm not yet a believer in the Packers. I gotta see them beat someone better than the Bears.
The cheater Pats could fall to the Steelers or maybe the Colts in the rematch. I seriously doubt they run the table.

Before you criticize someone, first walk a mile in their shoes. If they get mad, you'll be a mile away. And you'll have their shoes.

I don't know about Green Bay either. They've beaten both the Giants and Chargers, but that was earlier in the season when both teams were struggling. The only test on their remaining schedule is Dallas, so the Packers could easily go 14-2 or 13-3 if they don't fade down the stretch. But I'd sure be scared about going against Brett Favre at Lambeau in the playoffs, especially with the year he's been having.
Does anybody want to go to the national title game? It looks like #2 Oregon is going to go down. Dennis Dixon left the game in the first quarter and won't return, and Arizona's leading 31-14 at the half.
Final Score:
Oregon 24, Arizona 34

I'm hoping Kansas gets caught looking ahead. If nothing else my Cyclones would then end their season with a three game win streak. Not to mention it would be their first win over a top 5 team, i think, ever.
