There are some insects I don't like around me, such as mosquitoes and baratas...but what I try to kill or, at least, make it goes somewhere else, are those non-identified-kind-of insects, those that look ominous, similar to wasps, or strange-shaped spiders and, of course, those horrible big flyes which we call here varejeira - those ones I really hunt down until killing.

The only insects that really bother me are maggots. Nothing creepier in my book. That'll teach me to kick a dead bird as a kid. :nervous:
And the chickens. Those damn chickens.

Bugs in my place don't really bother me that much. They bother my wife, so I often have to be the terminator. But, I'll tell you, when I see one of these, they really freak me out. They're enormous, fast, and give me nightmares. :shudder:

Yeah, yeah. I also remember, as children we were so poor that we could not afford a ball. So, we played soccer with dead birds.
Those we're good times...

Well, come to think of it was a kind of insect exterminator ;| And I made (successful)traps. And I made sharp weapons :D Among other things.

But I generally was a quiet boy, perhaps too quiet :devious:

Pfft... a ball is something that you get from the smaller kids or that stupid one you pretend to be friends with so you can play diri-diri.
