It loses a lot in the translation,but Ill try to explain.

We have an idiotic mineral water type.The water itself is fine,even tasty,but the name is quite stupid.Bivo means buffalo,and voda means water,so someone thought it funny to name the water Bivoda(literally buffalo water).Quite stupid though.So someone decided to joke on it.Some enthusiasts made a voice over of a kill bill scene in which a character says the above sentence which actually means "Hes crazy.He drinks BuffaloWater"
