The Hot Gravy...

If you are just watching and want to get in on this game, it is really easy. The Wand of Ice is a cool way to get into the game and it's only going for a grand... pennies to a newcomer. Or you could take a closer look with the Telescope which is still under 1000. Personally, I'd cross up GC and throw him for a loop with an outbid on the Ankh, but that's just me. It is fall and I've heard that all the cool kids have thrown out their Mead folders for the Journeyman's Notebook. Or you could toss your hand in to the Ring of Elementals. Even the "big-ticket" items are all within your reach. Just remember you have to win a bid... As I always say... Close only counts in horseshoes, hand-grenades, and fifth-grade sex!

Don't know. I googled but it's so old of a saying and I can't figure out who first said it. The fifth grade sex thing is something I added on to it, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who's done that...
