If you have Last Stand and a stack of vampires, you can kill any number of large living neutrals which have an initiative of 11 or lower. That's because after you cast Raise Dead on the Vampires five times, they will have 1 HP, and every of their strikes will regenerate at least one vampire, and Last Stand will work again (when the enemy creatures attack), then the vampires attack again and regenerate, etc. :P
No matter how powerful one becomes, there is always someone stronger. That's why I'm in a constant pursuit of power, so I can be prepared when an enemy tries to take advantage of me.
