H4 male... just looks right... the female seems to have a lower grade breastplate... i guess patterns would get in the way of b00b visibility?

Dude I don't even OWN H5, I found the H5 knight picture at heroesofmightandmagic.com, and used that one. How could I be aware of such things as red knights, I thought they all looked the same in battle.

Evil knights are campaign heroes and woudn't fit into this poll anyway.

Evil knights aren't only campaign heroes. They are the might-based heroes of the Necropolis.

My vote goes to the HoMMII

Voted Heroes II. In this game, Lord Corlagon (ahem) was the first ever Death Knight in the Heroes series... he used this Knight class with the Necromancy skill

Also the graphics are spot on. That's a Knight true and true.

I think HV has nice colors. I voted for it.

I really can't believe I'm voting for an HV image over an HII image.

I don't really care much for foot knights so H4 is out right-off-the-bat.

I imagine that the corrupting influence of WarHammer is getting to me but I have to vote for H5 as the preferred look of a knight ...

Of course H5 was released about 10 years after H2 so if you take that into account I'd probably like H2 better also

The only thing that would have gotten me complaining would have been people NOT voting for the H2 Knight because he's associated with the crappiest creature lineup. He's bar none, the strongest combat hero in H2. (Extra morale and ballistics, and higher chance to get Wisdom ranks him slightly above Barbarian IMHO)

H4 Male Knight.

His moving & attacking animations are nice. Plus, I love the sound effects. Though I must admit, he doesn't look that good with the crossbow, he definitely looks better with the sword.

H2 Knight

I don't like that H4 Knight haven't horses - afterall they are knights not swordsmen.

H2 knight has for me the best armor/horse/body proportion. Also hi is drawed as knight suppost to be.

H5 is only armor on horse (he lack of his knighthood aura).
H3 lack something but I don't know what and H1 has poor armor and we never saw him in battle.

The Heroes V Knight secured my vote. In my opinion, he looks most fantasy orientated of the whole bunch. Others somehow made me think of more realistic approach to medieval warfare. Anyways, personally I found this poll hard for me because I hate the military. In real life I know nothing more creepy than armed forces designed to kill and destroy. *sigh*

First off, change the H5 knight pic so the whole of him can be seen, not just his backside

Again I go for the H4 models, though the male gets my vote. The rest looks like trashcans...

The H4 Models need to have their adventre map images included since some forgot that they don't run around the adventure map on foot!
