Yes, but there are at least 6 terrain types, so the water elementals probably don't need you to be on water. If they have swamp terrain i'm thinking that's for Water elementals, and Air probaly on some terrain that's windy, or maybe grass.

Raise Dead is so inbalanced it should be at least a 4th level spell with minimum 10 mana cost.

In the game I found that Conjure phoenix can be summoned more than 1 times but they can not be in one stock.
