It is a 3D render, the picture comes from the ArtVostok website, ArtVostok is a company that worked on character models for Heroes V.

Hey...level 30 H3 Barbarians all over Antagarich disagree with those statements.

Because we all know that barbarians in 3 with decent spellpower could own the "real spellcasters".
