They added that option quite a while ago. I don't recall exactly when, but it's there.

It's a nice little option when faced with ranged units.

I think it was added with 1.3 but yeah it's been a while to be sure of it

is there undead cyclops? like in dark messiah,that could be some new neutral.

There doesn't appear to be. In the videos it looks like it says something like Bloodeye Cyclops or something like that. I doubt that they'll do the undead one. It wouldn't really fit with the Orc theme.
