for all you know, the four arms were only meant for the unupgraded form. maybe the Naga Queen had 16 arms or something.. plus, in full 3D too many arms just looks bad (not to mention is hard to accomplish while keeping it all looking somewhat realistic and well-proportioned...)

isnt it funny how i actually sound like i know what im talking about just before?

I don't understand what people have against Rackhasas? IMO, it is always good to add new mythological creaturres to HoMM and Rakhasas are as made for a desert faction.

I prefer AD&D's Rakshasas myself (they make the H5 ones look like kitties)

I sincerely miss Nagas. It looks great in this picture..But Rakshasas are really cool too, so it's an all right trade.
