At this point, we can wonder if Ubisoft chose to focus on the Heroes games exclusively.

I’m confident that one day there will be a Might and Magic X. The reason is simple - Heroes V and addons are selling great, I don’t know about Dark Messiah.

There's just two months left in 2007. I guess it's conceivable that an announcement for MMX could come before the New Year but we'll just have to wait and see.

I would say that it's most likely something Heroes related or otherwise another totally unrelated project, but I'll still keep my fingers crossed for an announcement of some sort about a new Might and Magic and hope even more that if it does happen, the game won't be stalled forever in development or become a MMIX.
