Works for me. Make sure you are using the script name and have everything set up right. To find the script name in TOTE highlight the heroe, press the space bar, and go to settings.

Here is how the hut should be set up to make the quest to kill Galib give 5000 exp. Galib's scripting name is Tan.

Thanks, but I had done all that before (to no avail). Anti-Victor at HC mentioned the same problem but solved it by setting the player # (under parameters, e.g. [0]Muscip, [1] PLAYER_3). I haven't tried that yet.

By the way, when trying to set this quest hut, I began to realize there are A LOT of things missing or misplaced in the editor: icons, creatures etc. One cannot easily customize everything simply because some features are not where one would expect them to be...
