I measured them all and get one which looks most how I imagine pikeman, no medieaval, not classic and not the glaring one. Which one I had chose?

Halberdier
Well I Voted for Heroes 3 Halberdier.Think they are an absolute humans.Maybe the Axe is not on place but they pretty handsomif we take for example the heroes 2 Veteran Pikeman-aren`t they little old?But when i think about it they are nice at all.
Enjoy playing Heroes 3 Complete and like Cars
With low voice:"Yeep, this one was him"
For me this one perfect fit, I cannot help, he is the best.
Yet powerful but often passed by others, equipped with really unobtrusive armor and always with lot of effort to win and deal with bigger knights on steeds.

Voted H4 pikemen.
They were probably the only unit in H4 that did not burn my eyes, and I so adore their spikes on their helmets. A pity there were no pikemen in H5.
About the mediterranean theme, I was always of the opinion that the Germanic theme is more easily identified with humans, since Greek overtones lead into Greek mythology, which makes us think about pegasi, hydras, and so on. The Germanic approach is full of knights in armour and the like, which are the perfect symbol of humanity bravely fighting against the monsters of chaos.

It is surprising how so many people dislike the Haven. It was my second favorite town, after the Necropolis, of course.mr.hackcrag wrote: I never want to see a haven faction again.
Probably the thing that has been upsetting everyone is the Haven's cosmetic problem, and the lack of innovation. With an improved style, it could well be a number one favorite town. I could do without a sylvan or inferno town, but Haven is there by default.
