I've been just reading through the guide of Bandobras about inferno and it came to me that artifacts may be also have racial bonuses... IIRC in H3 there was an artifact that improved necro skill

yes I meant that. but it sounds a bit weird. of course in the actual game i would be happy to flag those buildings
