MM7 wont install

I found the best way to fix this, as I had the same issue and all above didn't fix this. And their custom service us omg!!!

First un-install ubisoft and homm7
Then (might not need to) disable windows defender/antivirus

Download Ubisoft from the website, and make sure your direct x is upto date.

In the tabs click games

then in the search title: search might and magic vii

Then enter your install code: this is on the manual booklet
bottom left hand corner eg xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

DONE

dowload for this game was approx 16gb so 30mins later its good to go!
