@Corribus: I second stefan's question. If anything, the second one was better than the first one, IMO. :)

I actually don't remember... just that I didn't think it was as good as the first one.

huh, well having seen them both just now, they were both very good, I thought it was hard to separate them really, they're different so comparison is tough, but if I had to pick - probably Evolution

Of course, you are entitled to your opinion, but if you did not enjoy the LOTR movies, I truly pity you. You have missed out on one of cinema's great joys. Would it help if I reminded you that movies and books are different media and tell stories in different ways? I love the poetry in the books, but would not have wanted the movie to take time out for it to be recited.

i found that pan's labyrinth very interesting, the character design is brilliant!
i admit i was scared when i first saw the faun.

No I did enjoy them, I just was a bit disappointed with the second. I don't forget the fact that they are still movie adaptations nor that it was an instant classic :)
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.
