CoreWoG is part of the former Wog team with official site here.they are currently working on WoG 3.59(the last wog release as far as i know)witch SHOULD include the towns bastion,kremlin,havan and grove + a lot of new features
VCMI is an ambitious yet usefull project(if completed it will be the future and the base of H3) that wants to rewrite the entire H3 engine giving it new powerfull possibilities like adding a new town,creatures,object etc.Official site is here
Informations about the bastion town and sagamosa's script are available on the official corewog forum as they will be included in wog 3.59
Pheonix mod,i don t know much about this mod except that for now it s only in russian and it s official forum is also on corewog forum
Horn of The Abyss.infos about it hereit the beginning this project wanted to add tons of new stuff,eventually they re-analysed their objectives and updated them with less planned things

Funny but I can't edit that page. GF can.
And it's known issue. Albeit I think that he's waiting for some more news to make the edit. Meanwhile the files can be downloaded from another locations, as Spartak outlined.

That's a more problem of how you say that. It's using WoG. But it's likely not aim to be an addon. A replacement would be better word.
