Well, firstly I don't consider Ubi's decision to drop SF my victory. I played a small part as did so many others. The final decision was UbiSoft's and (IMHO) it was the best decision.

I've known for a couple of months already that I was going to be laid off from my job. It's part of the American culture. Nonetheless, I have to look on the bright side … I won't have to get up at 6am and spend the best part of my waking hours keeping track of other people's money. It's gloriously springtime where I live and now that I am free to buy Heroes V, I will have the time to play. Unfulfilling jobs come & go but Heroes of Might & Magic remains a constant staple in my life. :-D

Of course- what I meant was that even if I understand that you'rehappy about SF not being the copy-protection used for H5, it seemed strange to celebrate not having a job just so that you could play more- though not having a job nor Heroes is of course an even worse situation ;)

Wow, I guess they caught you and your secret visits to the Round Table during your job, eh?

As in Gaidan have put it, it is not entirely joyful to have more time on Heroes V and losing your job. My mom will kill me if I did the same thing. Perhaps you could start a new job as a forest guardian. :D

Sorry, but we're fresh out. On the flip side, we've found a great suplier of clowns, so here's some extra:

Apparantly, they've found someone they can clone and use to create new ones. Here's the "lucky" guy they're cloning:

I don't mean "working" on the Heroes games, I mean PLAYING the Heroes games.

Not at all, I'm a Secretary. Sometimes called an Administrative Assistant. I do it all: Word Processing, Desktop Publishing, Data Entry, some Accounting Procedures, Answer Telephone Calls, Reception, Daily Mailing, etc. whatever needs to be done. :-D

You don´t concider George W. funny? In that case, let the man defend himseld by his own words:

- "The vast majority of our imports come from outside the country."
- "If we don't succeed, we run the risk of failure."
- "I have made good judgments in the past. I have made good judgments in the future."
- "The future will be better tomorrow."
- "We're going to have the best educated American people in the world."
- "I stand by all the misstatements that I've made."
- "We have a firm commitment to NATO, we are a part of NATO. We have a firm commitment to Europe. We are a part of Europe."
- "Quite frankly, teachers are the only profession that teach our children."
- "It isn't pollution that's harming the environment. It's the impurities in our air and water that are doing it."
...and the "sugar" at the bottom:
- "It's time for the human race to enter the solar system." ;)

I don't think anyone's congratulated Sir William S Titan on entering 200-hood.

As most of you may have seen, we have had a problem handling the increased traffic on our site. This is largely due to the use of large pictures etc. and therefore some steps have been taken to remedy the problem. The header and POTD are gone from the main site, and now we are going to do something in the forums as well:

No pictures!

Please do not post any pictures in this thread for the time being. We hope this temporary measure will help somewhat.

- "It's time for the human race to enter the solar system."
Gotta be the only thing of worth he have ever said. The future are in outer space, but since america and other countries are busy with war and killing eachother that would take a good deal of precious time. Earth may get blown up by trigger, must-push-button happy people before that happens, its sad, very sad :disagree:

Oh! And congrats to Sir William S Titan for reaching 200 posts :-D
