If by 'exotic' you understand Brazil for example, or Thailand or something like that, then Romania isn't exotic.
By 'exotic' I meant that the country and its people can sometimes be like a jungle, confusing, strange, eyebrow-raising, yet vaguely familiar to someone accoustomed with normal Western life. The most frequent stereotype I, for one, have heard from foreigners is that we do things taken from Western culture in a very... particular manner.

Panda. Don't make me go over there. You are tempting me, a lotHere, one photo of hers. The blonde and the dark-haired are her friends. I think the blonde one has been graduating in Medicina. The other is psychologist.

BTW, Puerto Rico is fancy and exotic. Tell Juliana to come over here

I wouldn't mind one bit

Or one of her friends...I'm cool with either decision.

You misread me. (Or I miswrote?) We do those Western things in a particular Romanian way, not in a particular Western way, as you asked. And I can't really give precise examples because, as I said, this is the stereotype I've heard from foreigners. What I can tell is a few stereotypes we have about ourselves: 1)"if it ain't broke, don't fix it" and 2) "don't call a specialist, improvise".Omega_Destroyer wrote:What things do you do with a particular Western manner Dragon?

Oh, I mean all that glamour about Paris - a cidade da luz.Wildbear wrote: France isn't fancy, but if she really wants to believe it, she's welcome

Long ago, I knew that Australia was a nice place to visit someday. I fact, that's a place I will go someday. The only thing that I'm not interested in Austraulia is that big red desert - I'm not used to deserts at all, although it might be interesting having a journey into it. I'm particularly interested in Canberra, Brisbane, Sidney and some other small cities. I'm not too interested on beache in Australia, though. Aren't they dangerous?

Yeah, those cars burning in the street sure give out light. And the city is pretty dirty compared to other western countries i visited. Didn't really like it, reminded me of home too much.Panda Tar wrote: Oh, I mean all that glamour about Paris - a cidade da luz.![]()

No9 more then any others that have sharks somewhere in the water. Brazil fits that bill as far as i know. They just tend to make a big deal out of it. More ppl prob drown a year then are attacked by sharks.Panda Tar wrote: I'm not too interested on beache in Australia, though. Aren't they dangerous?

Sharks happen to appear once in a while at the very northeast of this country, and they are most unlikely to get where people are swimming. If you see further on some news, surfists are the main target because they go beyong the reefs that are around the beaches in there. Besides, the species of shark that appear in there are "lemon shark", a smaller kind that is oddly spread in some rivers next the sea in that area and that is an agressive one, but its mouth is not big enough to split a person in two, so it may take your hand, leg or something away when it's an adult. The place where it has happened the major number of accidents related to sharks in Brazil is the state of Pernambuco, mainly resumed on the capital Recife (which means "reef"). It's not normal and mainly related to ambiental issues. Other kind of sharks are not dangerous at all.ThunderTitan wrote: No more then any others that have sharks somewhere in the water. I've meant that Australia could be dangerous because it's supposed to have the white shark which IS dangerous because of its tactics to hunt preys, choosing those who are next the surface, so humans fit the description. And all those water-living snakes as well?

Yep, the jellyfish...but nevermind them. I wouldn't go to Australia for beaches anyway, but for anything else I don't know in there, such as culture, history, places, city, and a bit of that desert.
Speaking of country stuff, does anyone has pics of their most known/visited/beautiful places in own country?
