It's a unique longsword!
Personally, considering armory prices and item's worth and if assuming that the average price of items in the armory is ok, I think the longsword is underpriced ingame.

But if someone bids 10.000 for the longsword, I won't bid 8.000 for the shield just because their prices should be nearly equal. I'll just laugh at the bid
