What is there to tell? I just get used to using programs in a way, and this means all customizations I made in time for those applications will have to be made now.

Let's take Windows, I did a lot of stuff with it: customize the start menu, the looks (I want the less graphics one, to load faster), disabled some useless services I don't need, and a lot of other tricks I learned from a PC Magazine.

Total Commander needs to be customized as well, and it also needs to be linked with IrfanView and WinRar so that I'll easily access Rar files or view pictures. Then, there comes WinAmp, with the plugins I have (to write .mp3 and .ogg files, etc), which need a little customization as well.

Of course, I also need Firefox with the plugins I use, and ZoneAlarm (Firewall). Thank God the Bookmarks could be saved though!

Moving forward, I have to install & configure Photoshop, and some other apps I have (a lot of them actually). And all of this is without considering the games at all, some of which annoy me a lot, especially Neverwinter Nights - the campaigns aren't available to be opened even in the Toolset (and sometimes I want) until you finish the game, so I'll have to cheat myself to win them and 'unlock' them. And this takes some time and is annoying as well.

btw, I also spent like 2 hours (!) to adjust the brightness/contrast and such for the Video Card drivers last time. Yes, I kinda realized it took me too long, but I just have a 'perfectionist' nature, I can't help myself :D (it was either a little darker than I want, or a little brighter, until I finally got it 'fixed')

Trial & Error mostly sucks :P

But if you took that much to calibrate only the brightness & contrast I wonder how much would you take to calibrate the geometries as well, which take like 4x times (on average) the amount instead of colors/brightness/contrast calibration.

You wouldn't believe how many things I edited in the registry manually (even to make XP shut down faster), and I have like 100+ programs meh... that's why I wanted an image copy, but apparently it gives me CRC error like I said. I hate it. I hate everything. :disagree:

What does 'early' mean? Isn't it almost midnight there as well?

I usually can't stay over 2 AM - I don't know, I'm getting pretty tired and sleepy somewhere around then. But of course there are a few exceptions :D

It's 23:00. That's early for me, usually I stay up until... well, dawn. And I don't have to get up early for work tomorrow. But I've been so tired lately that I think I'll just go to sleep. See ya'll.

Till dawn? 8|

I usually go to sleep at midnight or 1 AM, and sometimes at 2 AM. Of course there are exceptions when I stay up all night, but they are rare.

Lately I sleep at 2-3 because I have to get up at 8:30. My sleep patterns haven't changed at all but I sleep a bit in the afternoon.
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

I've never been able to sleep on the afternoons. If I do that, when I wake up I feel like being in the morning. I only sleep the night hours(1:00-7:10 am usually :S ) on the week days and on saturdays I wake up either at 9:00 am or at 11:00 am. On sundays at 11:00 too. I usually have the feeling of not sleeping enough, but for many years I haven't go to bed before 00:00am/24:00pm.
