My opinion on this topic: I for one don't like FPS. Just like that.
Kalah could make a RTW article of that deathmatch if he had the time.
P.S. Just noticed! Wow! "theLuckyDragon" is... a... Dragon! Miracle!

Yeah, and it seemed more confusing sometimes when I played it. As if the camera couldn't really follow my movements and then I often got killed.DaemianLucifer wrote:But they somehow lost the speed and the charm of the original.Im not sure if the maps became bigger, but somehow the pace is slower in the sequels IMO.
@AS: I will need a walkthrough as to how I will join the game. I have zero experience with online playing
Anyone else who would like to explain to me how it works are welcome too. It doesn't have to be today
This minor magical charm captures the viewer's attention and distra... ooo, pretty...

I play FPS along with RPG and the Halo series is the only one worthy my attention, the story is great one of the best in any FPS (along with the story in HL) the creepines with the Flood, the humorous and savage Covenant, the ring artifact worlds (Halos and theres 7 of them) which are 10.000 kilometers in diameter and are in fact super weapons to kill all sentinent life in the galaxy if all rings get activated at once from a spaceship named the Ark. Each ring has a maximum efficient blast radius of 25.000 light years. The reason to kill all life is to starve the ancient flood to death so they cant feast and infest planets.
The religious covenant belive that if the rings get activated it will bring salvation to all the races united under the Covenant. And theres one human, one super soldier trained by birth who can stop them and thats John or rather named Master Chief, Spartan 117.
The Halo games are really worth to play, it outmatch Half-Life big time and thats not only my opinion. Theres 9 million others with me
Not saying Half-Life is worthless but theres something addictive and special with the Halo games that makes them so unique compared to HF.
If not console games are "worthy" your attention from the PC well then you miss something great. But theres hope, you will be able to play Halo 2 and Halo on Windows Vista, finally.
Kicking ass in outer space sez I
