MM8: Two questions

1. Where do I find Mercury, or is it only in shops? I've found it a couple of times in a shop, but is there anywhere else I can find it? It's been a decade since the last time I played MM8, and Google hasn't been helpful.
2. Do Philosopher's Stone's actually exist in MM8? I'm not sure I ever remember finding on in MM8, which makes me think that https://mightandmagic.fandom.com/wiki/L ... d_reagents is not in fact accurate.

The wiki page doesn't list likely drop locations, which is a pain. Mercury is only P20 catalyst, though, so there's limited use there (P50 blue and yellow reagents are easy enough to come by; P50 red you may need to resort to Reanimate Abuse in the War Tent)

I believe the Philosopher Stones are fixed rewards? Which if that's the case, work on getting the Obelisk and Arcomage rewards.
