What is the difference between the versions of the maps that you sent before and now?

I've modded some of the objects so instead of simulating quest huts with placed events, several objects are now real Quest huts. It's mostly visual effects I guess, but it can effect your final score in some of the maps (mostly map 2 and 3).
I haven't made changes regarding balance. (edit: just reached a milestone here, with post # 1.000 :applause: )

Congrats on Post #1000!

Does the new Map 1 require you to visit a location to win?

Not as such. All quests are voluntary. Just the requirements described in the victory condition. Something specific you had in mind?

Do Quest Huts require you to visit them to get the reward? I guess the victory condition for Map 1 is a standard one then?

Yes. All Quest Huts (in general in the game) requires a visit upon completing the quest requirements in order to rechieve the reward. Rewards can't be given from afar (unless scripted, but that won't quest completion). Conditions may vary though, meaning either it may require a certain hero or just any creature to visit it to get the reward.

No, the victory condition for map 1, The Apprentice, is to build a Citadel (I recall) and gather an amount of resources based on difficulty level. Standard victory condition has been disabled, as you don't have a colored enemy. You can always check the victory/loss condition during game. I believe it's found in info (press I).
