You can use the Deck of Fate by clicking it on one of your characters, like a potion. It gives a random stat increase.

Will do, I wonder if it will act like a raise dead scroll I have...

When Fighting Q, I got killed 5 times, instead of using raise dead with my clerics, I was able to use a SINGLE raise dead scroll 5 times to bring people back to life...

It seems that if you use it on a PaperDoll it sticks around, if you use it by right clicking on a character portrait, (which does not work anyways, it never gives you the option on who you wish to use it on...) it allows you to bring someone back, and the scroll shows up again in your backpack...
