Heroes VI Music Poll

We continue our campaign to get some <i>numbers</i> to go with your opinions - or latest poll concerns the quality of the <i>music</i> we have heard so far.

Heroes composer Rob King has released several clips of video on youtube, for instance the <a href="/http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFzUkIS_PG0">Sanctuary theme</a> and a <a href="/http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOKzr3F7 ... ted">piano solo</a>.

Vote in our poll (scroll down to the left to find it) and tell us what you think about the music - a high number if you like what you've heard so far, a low number if you don't. We'd like at least 100 votes, please - rest assured the devs will see the results.

Sounds unfair to have a music vote when we only know one track (unless I missed something)?

The clips on youtube are from Paul Romero, not Rob King.

I voted 1. Music is pointless in games unless it's Guitar Hero, Rock Band etc etc. Once again it will be the first thing I turn off if i buy the game.

If you think music is pointless (with which I wholeheartedly disagree), don't give the music a bad score. You're not rating the need for a soundtrack, but the soundtrack itself, and giving it a score 1 when you don't even listen to it is really unfair.

Voted 5 in support of King and Romero rather than rating the actual two tunes (that would be a 4 I guess).

Yeah kind of a pointless poll with only one full track (Sanctuary theme)... I gave that theme a 5 because it's fairly fitting to the faction, although not really my taste. As for rating H6's music overall... well.. how the heck are we suppose to do that?? lol :/

like most are saying, we don't really have a heck of a lot to vote on at the moment, but giving a 6 anyway, cause Paul and Rob are awesome!

I love the solo piano theme, I give that a 6. However, I do not like Sanctuary theme at all, and I give that a 1. I cannot give a direct rating though because I need to hear more songs in order to be fair.

I for one dislike the new style of music they're using, really doesn't say Heroes to me... otherwise i don't think it's bad, just doesn't fit with the series...
