i got the map but cant get the priest quest form dejya is it moved or something?

The priest promotion is given in Emerald Island in the house were you do the scavenger hunt.

To get back to Emerald Island, first you must get the Emerald Key(Now I don't remenber were
), Once you have the Key Talk with Illene Farswell in the village near the Harmondale Hub 'well, and then go to Bracada Desert and enter the portal in front of the caravans with the Emerald Key in your first character.
