messed up with wizard quest...

i have collected all the parts of the golem but thomas grey said that he cannot reanimate it.. i cant understand.. i have all the parts already..
WHAT SHALL I DO????

You first need to assemble them.
Talk to the Golem Head among your NPCs.

BTW, if you have two NPC, golem head is hidden. It is necessary to release one of them.

Not at all. Just click on the small right most triangle next to the portrait.
