yep, she had hip-dysplacia and we had to get her put down almost 4 years ago, she was the best damn dog, slept on our bed, everything, loved her a lot .... but she put her back leg out (was trailing behind her) and didn't leave us a lot of options except maybe a hip replacement, but we thought that was pretty cruel really .... so probably the most difficult decision of our lives .... heartbreaking

It's always tough to have your dog put down. I've only had to do it once, and it was horrid!

as I said above, worst thing I've probably ever had to do, worse was that she was only 3.5 years old
