Anyone know how to satisfy the 'Eliminate the Rebels'?

Anyone know how to satisfy the 'Eliminate the Rebels' optional quest in the first campaign map? I can never do whatever it wants in time...

I had same problem, then I noticed when time was up, all the neutral haven stacks (except angle horde) disappeared.

I guess you could go after the neutral haven stacks but I didn't bother.

On my nth attempt, i managed to satisfy this secondary objective. What i did was simply seize all peasant huts by day 24. On the 25th day, the 'Eliminate the rebels' is automatically satisfied and all haven neutral stacks disappeared except for the archangel stack. Hopefully this will help future players on this

By the way, what's the point of the archangel stack if it's so easily bypassed?

I believe it is plot-driven. I approached the archangel stack and they warned me that if i go 1 step closer, they will attack. That stack is not meant to be attacked.
