I I don't know, sought am on map where am yet wasn't and all of a sudden see tank. Play here play for the first time.

You can get there by using the boots of water walking. There's some stat boosting sites, but not much else to do.

He doesn't know English, he uses a translator to post here, he plays Heroes in another language. What's so difficult to understand? :|

Then the translator is extremely bad with it having the english phrases broken up like that.

tanslator breaking up sentences into some unrecognisable blur of words is a known issue. it is actually very hard to find an algorithem that does it correctly.
correct me if i'm wrong but i don't think there's one that can do that at the time being

(and pardon my spelling, not english/american or canadian so errors probably happens)

Actually its mission 4.You can use a path just below the quest hut to get to the other side of the river when you get boots of levitation.You wont get to the tank,but you will find a cartographer.
