TOTE C3M3 Summoning the dragon - cannot get to red keymaster

Hi everyone,

I'm stuck on the above-mentioned mission. It's not difficult per-se, but I cannot find a way to reach the red key-master's tent.

I can see in next to a sub-terranean gate, but I don't know how to get to the gate.

Zehir doesn't want to enter that "broken" portal either, so I don't know what to do.
