modding help--crash when selecting hero

I read the modding for dummy guide and decided to change a few things in the original H5:

1) building cost
2) starting skill for some heroes

I took the stuff i modded, compiled a zip archive called p3c-data.zip, and changed the extension to .pak.

Now the game is using resource cost from version 1.0 and whenever I double click on any hero the game crashes.

any help?
