A screenshot of the upcoming King's Bounty: Legend, formerly known as Battle Lord.

<i>"Gameplay is divided into two major sections: adventure mode and battle mode. While playing in adventure mode the gamer controls their character in real-time. With several classes available at the start of a new game, the player moves through the adventure map seeking various treasures, fighting monsters and accomplishing quests tasked to him by the local stewards. Once in battle mode the gamer assumes the role of a war chief, leading his troops in tactical turn-based combat. Battles take place on land or sea, in dungeons or castles or even in some items! The hero himself doesn't participate in the combat, but can assist his troops by casting spells or summoning different creatures."</i>

I was just wondering if you were aware that the rights to the name King's Bounty as well as basically your whole entire game belongs to Ubisoft. Or am I wrong? What is your response?

i really hope that Ubisoft actually owns the rights, otherwise i made myself look like an ass. o well...

As I already said on the news page, Ubisoft is not the owner of "King's Bounty" trademark.

Etenor said Ubi doesn't own KB and posted a link in the news comments, but the link didn't work for me so I can't confirm. *shrug*

Now here's an interface Nival should have used on H5. It's really nice, especially if you look at the spellbook in the other images on the site.

Is it called King's Bounty? I thought it was just a nickname... The game is called "Legend," doesn't it say so??

Seeing how they now own the trademark i'm pretty sure it's caled KB.
