I'm tinkering with some code that I'd like to enter on a map. Specifically OBJECT_CAPTURE_TRIGGER. I want to make this as general as possible nut don't know ow to code it. The documentation indicates OBJECT_CAPTURE_TRIGGER(old owner, new owner, name of hero who captured, if any, and name of object.
Old owner, former player number of --Know if the "other players don't capture the object prior to my hero doing it.
New Owner, know the player that I am playing,
name of hero capturing, this one has me in a quandary, discussion below.
Name of object. Know value if the map has assigned names to the object.
GetObjectOwner would be used to identify the former owner. How can this be coded into a function realizing a specific object not just all objects?
Name of Hero capturing the object. Since I don't know at the start of a map who among the group is going to capture the object how would this be coded. Could this be a blank between two commas?
Name of object, is there a way to ascertain the name if the game assigns names to the object, if so how to code that one?
